Rocky Point Estates

Rocky Point Estates is an HOA community in the eastern middle of Rocky Point. Fisherman in this community love the fact that they can be casting their lines in deep water just minutes after leaving the dock or ramp.

There are just over 170 homes belonging to the association. Homes were first built in this community in 1959 and the latest home was just completed in 2014. Homes are of all styles and sizes ranging from 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home on almost a half-acre down to under 1,000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom homes on under a quarter of an acre lots.

Children residing in Rocky Point Estates attend the Martin County School District with current assignments to Port Salerno Elementary, Murray Middle and South Fork High Schools. Residents are also close to a number of wonderful restaurants and first class medical facilities.

There are currently 3 homes for sale in South Fork Estates in Stuart FL. The listing prices are from $389,900 to $469,900 for an average list price of $416,566 which equates to $183.70 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one home under contract. The list price was $309,900 which is equal to $125.11 per sq. ft. of living area. And, this home was on the market for 66 days before going under contract. This is a bank owned home.

In the past 12 months, there have been 6 sales in South Fork Estates. Sales prices ranged from $310,000 to $490,000. The average sales price was $383,766 which works out to a per square foot of living area price of $161.40. These homes were on the market for an average of 51 days before going under contract and sold at 96% of the listing price.

A unique private community in Stuart, Florida built before land was so expensive that homes had to be placed on top of each other. All home in South Fork Estates are on 1/2 acre or larger lots, many with serene views of two large lakes located within this community. Located just off Cove Rd. and Kanner Highways, this community is just minutes from I-95 for commuters. Shopping and medical facilities are also close by. And, there are numerous choices for boating access also only a short ride away.

One of the hidden gems of the Stuart area, South Fork Estates id a great community to call home.

There are 7 homes currently for sale in the Tres Belle subdivision of Stuart FL. Listing prices are from $579,900 to $1,067,183 for an average list price of $774,840 and works out to $201.60 per sq. ft. of living area. There are currently 2 homes under contract with list prices of $550,0000 and $649,900 for an average list price for these pending sales of $599,950 or $171.46 per sq. ft. of living area.

The Tres Belle Estates in Stuart FL is a Kolter Homes development of approximately 167 homes on a minimum of ½ acre lots located just east of Kanner Highway on Cove Road in Stuart FL.
