For November 2023, there are 3 condos available for sale in the Island Club on Hutchinson Island which is also sometimes called the Hutchinson Island Club. The list prices range from $585,000 up to $649,000. This is an average list price of $624,333 or $429.98 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are no Island Club condos currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, 11 Island Club condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $530,000 up to $799,000.  This is an average sales price of $639,900, equal to $440.70 per sq. ft. of living area.  These units sold for an average of 96% of the list price. Sorry, no pets are permitted in the Island Club, but rentals are allowed with some restrictions.
