Legacy Cove in Stuart Florida is a gated lakeside community of 229 homes off of Cove Road in Stuart, Florida. Legacy Cove consists of two sections. The first section of 142 homes called the Cove Isle development was mostly completed between 2004 and 2005. There are no Empress Condos currently under contract.

River Marina November 2015 Market Report

For November 2015, there are only 4 homes available for sale in River Marina. All four are townhomes and range in price from $169,900 to $206,240 for an average price of $190,457 or $119.69 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are four homes under contract. List prices ranged from $204,940 to $334,900 for an average of $259,957 which equals $145.30 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes went under contract in an average of 15 days after going on the market.

In the past 12 months, 25 homes have sold in River Marina. Sales prices ranged from $149,900 to $344,000. The average sales price was $195,410 which is $114.64 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes sold on average for 97% of listing price and were under contract in an average of 63 days on market.

River marina is a newer community consisting of 84 single family homes built from 2006 to 2008 ranging in size from 3 BR, 1600 sq. ft. homes to 5 BR homes with 3,380 sq. ft of living area. 14 of these homes are waterfront with Ocean access through the South Fork of the Saint Lucie River. The single family homes in River marina are in a gated enclave.

Also available are newer townhomes in a non-gated area. Currently only about 47 townhomes have been built with plans for a total of approximately 220 units. Both 2 and 3 Bedroom townhomes are available with 1627 sq. ft. of living area and a 1 car garage. There’s a community pool and easy access to recreational areas.

Description: Put on some comfortable walking shoes and make sure you are hungry because here comes two full days of action packed fun and delicious food! An inexpensive festival, admission to this event is $5 in advance and $7 at the gate; proceeds will benefit the Rivers Coalition, a non-profit organization striving to stop discharges from Lake Okeechobee into the St. Lucie River. This one of a kind festival will feature around the delicious fresh seafood of the Treasure Coast. There will be live entertainment, the headliners being the Moska Project and Fresh Catch. These are two local bands that you don’t want to miss! If you plan on bringing children take them on one of the exciting family rides! Are you a collector or just enjoy the sea? Nautical vendors will be set up throughout the park showcasing art, jewelry, clothing, and other coastal related crafts.
