The Jensen Beach FL 34957 Condo Market Report continues to show strong activity. There was a troubling drop in pending sale for the month. This may be an indicator of slower sales in the immediate future.
The one-month absorption rate for the September 2018, Jensen Beach Florida Market Report ZIP Code 34957 inched up to 3.2 months (from 3.0 months in August), remaining in a strong seller’s market. A balanced market is considered to be a 6 to 7-month absorption rate favoring neither the buyer or seller.
The September 2017 numbers were: 82 active listings, 31 pending sales, and 25 condos closed. Slightly stronger sales this year but also on a greater inventory of available condos for sale.
