There are three condos currently for sale in the Riverwood Condos of Indian River Plantation. They are listed between $499,900 and $774,900. These homes have been on the market an average of 62 days at the time of this publication. The average price per square foot of living space is $405.69.

There are no Riverwood condos currently under contract.
