There are currently 3 active listings on the market ranging in price from $179,000 to $189,995 for an average of $186,997 which comes out to $154.42 per square ft. of living area.  None of these sales are distressed properties (short sales or bank owned condos).

There are 2 condos currently under contract at this time.  The list prices are $169,900 and $172,000 for an average of $170,950 and $140.30 per sq. ft. of living area.  One of these sales is a short sale.

As of April 2015, there are 7 available homes for sale in the Lost River Plantation community of Stuart, FL.  Prices range from $449,000 to $875,000 for an average price of  $650,271 which equals $227.01 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is 1 home under contract which is listed for $592,700 or $208.33 per sq. ft. of living area.

In the past 12 months, there have been 12 sales ranging in sales prices from $349,900 to $710,000 for an average sales price of $489,116 which comes out to $191.73 per sq. ft. of living area.  Sales prices averaged 96% of the list price.  Three of these sales were short sales and two were bank owned foreclosures.
