As of April 2015, there are 7 available homes for sale in the Lost River Plantation community of Stuart, FL. Prices range from $449,000 to $875,000 for an average price of $650,271 which equals $227.01 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is 1 home under contract which is listed for $592,700 or $208.33 per sq. ft. of living area.

In the past 12 months, there have been 12 sales ranging in sales prices from $349,900 to $710,000 for an average sales price of $489,116 which comes out to $191.73 per sq. ft. of living area.
