The condo market for zip code 34990 in Palm City showed small positive results for the month of August. This is unexpected as the condo market tends to be more seasonal in nature and typically slows down until the beginning of the Florida vacation season, which is usually around and after the holidays.  As long as we don’t have a flood of seasonal listings come on the market this fall, this should bode well for sales this coming season (assuming we don’t have continued terrible economic news as well).

While sales for the Palm City (zip code 34990) real estate market activity were off marginally from June, all other indicators are positive for Palm City.  Inventory continues to shrink and quality homes well positioned on the market move at a good pace.  It should be a very interesting fall and winter season should there be some positive economic news, both locally and nationally.
