There are currently 17 homes on the market in Lighthouse Point and Seagate Harbor in Palm City, FL.  From a low price of $299,000 to a high of $1,599,900 with an average asking price of $540.364 at $294.82 per square foot of living area. There are two bank owned foreclosures and no short sales in the active listings.

There are 3 homes under contract.   The listing prices on these pending homes range from a low of $419,000 to a high of $595,000, for an average list price of $484,666 at $235.18 per square foot of living area.  None of these pending sales are distressed properties.  All are conventional sales.
