There are currently 9 homes and/or villas available for sale in the Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club.  List prices range from $254,900 up to $449,000 for an average list price of $377,033 which equals $197.59 per square foot of living area.

6 homes are under contract awaiting the final sale.  List prices range from $297,500 to $367,500 for an average list price of $333,117 that equals $198.92 per square foot of living area.  These homes averaged 41 days on market before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 33 homes have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $228,000 up to $420,000 for an average sales price of $321,302 which works out to a price per square foot of  $182.47 at a 97% sales to list price ratio.  These homes were on the market for an average of 66 days before going under contract.

The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club in Jensen Beach Florida is one of the most desirable communities on Florida’s Treasure Coast.  There are 656 homes and home sites spread out on over 240 acres of wildlife preserve with plenty of privacy and homes from four different builders.   Homes began to be constructed in 2000 and new homes from D.R. The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club is attractively situated only 2 miles from the Indian River (the Intracoastal Water Way) and quaint downtown Jensen Beach, only across the causeway to the public beach of Jensen beach for those wishing to take advantage of the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.  Less than a mile to the west is the Treasure Coast Mall and the shopping and restaurant corridor of US-1.

There is 1 condo under contract at this time.  This condo was listed for $125,000 which is $99.84 and was on the market for 70 days before going under contract.

There are currently 12 homes and/or villas available for sale in the Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club.  List prices range from $300,000 up to $399,900 for an average list price of $352,683 which equals $194.36 per square foot of living area.

8 homes are under contract awaiting the final sale.  List prices range from $259,900 to $369,000 for an average list price of $305,825 that equals $175.84 per square foot of living area.  These homes averaged 68 days on market before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 31 homes have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $228,000 up to $420,000 for an average sales price of $321,887 which works out to a price per square foot of  $175.61 at a 97% sales to list price ratio.  These homes were on the market for an average of 58 days before going under contract.

The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club in Jensen Beach Florida is one of the most desirable communities on Florida’s Treasure Coast.  There are 656 homes and home sites spread out on over 240 acres of wildlife preserve with plenty of privacy and homes from four different builders.   Homes began to be constructed in 2000 and new homes from D.R.
