It’s been a busy 12 months in the Pines and Windemere with 57 sales having closed. Sales prices ranged from a low of $170,000 up to a high of $400,000 representing an average sales price of $307,014 which equates to $144.75 per sq. ft. of living area. When these developments were planned the original intent was to combine the two for ease of access. However the County decided to nix these plans as they felt that out of area residents would use Windemere Drive as a shortcut between US-1 and Jensen Beach and making a lot of congestion in this community.

As of July 2015, there are 4 homes available for sale with listing prices from $429,000 to $450,000 at an average list price of $440,997 which is a price per square foot of living area of $113.71.
