February 2017 Market Update:

There are 17 homes currently for sale in the Yacht and Country Club of Stuart. Listing prices are from $244,850 to $1,795,000 for an average list price of $692,844 which works out to $189.70 per sq. ft. of living area.

For late February 2017 there are 65 properties for sale in Mariner Sands. These 65 properties include a mix of condos and homes. The list prices range from $150,000 up to $899,000 for an average list price of $415,265 which works out to $155.59 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 9 homes under contract (pending) which have not completed the sales process to date. List prices were from $172,000 up to $645,000 for an average of $374,644 or $154.64 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes averaged 149 days on market prior to going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 32 homes and condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from $128,000 up to $772,000 for an average sales price of $368,211 which equals $143.91 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes averaged 107 days on the market before going under contract and sold on average at 92% of the last listed price.

Currently in February, there are no homes on the market in Hunters Creek in Palm City, FL.

There are 2 homes currently under contract (pending sale). These homes were last listed for $359,900 and $389,900 for an average list price of $374,900 which equals $169.22 per sq. ft. of living area. These two homes went under contract in an average of 31 days after being listed.

There have been 4 homes sold in the past 12 months in Hunters Creek. Sales prices were from $354,900 to $397,500 for an average sale price of $373,100 which works out to $154.82 per sq. ft. of living area.
