The North River Shores August 2018 Market Report for Stuart Florida:

There are currently 11 active listings in North River Shores.  List prices range from $239,000 up to $1,250,000.  The average list price is $648,382 which equals $250.22 per square foot of living area.

2 homes are under contract (pending sales). List prices were $339,000 and $362,500 for an average list price of $350,750 which equates to a $191.95 price per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 33 days on the market before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 21 homes have sold in North River Shores at an average sales price of $511,983 or at $229.61 per square foot of living area.
