March 2018 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:

There are currently 3 condos for sale in Sandpebble. The list prices range from $299,000 up to $319,000 for an average of $306,000 which equals $296.51 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 5 pending Sandpebble condo sales. Three on the riverside and two are oceanfront. List prices range from $300,000 up to $450,000 which averages to $361,980 or $282.09 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos averaged only 18 days on the market before going under contract.
