The 34997 area of Stuart Florida had a challenging February with sales off considerably.  Inventory also rose. Pending sales did increase and will hopefully show improved results for next month.

A very nice rebound for condo sales in the Stuart 34996 zip code for February with a big jump in sales as well as an increase in pending sales and a small decrease in inventory.  An excellent month, with many sales across the price spectrum of available condos.
