There are currently 105 active condo listings (Down by 8 condo from February).

47 Condo sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval. (Down by 3 condos from last month) 

26 Condos Sold in February (Up by 6 condos from February).

The Stuart FL 34994 Condo market continues to show very strong activity for the early Spring market.  There are no signs of a slowdown for this segment.
