In April 2023, there is 1 condo on the market in the three Atlantis condo buildings on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL. The list price is $499,900 which is $474.74 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is also 1 Atlantis condo currently under contract. The list price was $450,000 which equals $427.35 per sq. ft. of living area. This condo was on the market for 7 days before going under contract.
