The Charter Club us a gated community of 203 homes on the south side of Martin Downs Blvd. Developed in 1988 with the last home completed in 1995. Very well located in the heart of Palm City and just a short distance to shopping, the Turnpike, numerous golf courses and rivers and only about 15 minutes to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean or 10 minutes to historic downtown Stuart, FL.
Home sizes range from 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story homes with over 2,500 sq. ft. of living area down to 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes with just over 1,200 sq. ft. All of the Charter Club homes have garages and most are two car, though a few of the smaller homes only have one car garages.
There’s a community pool and hot tub for residents as well as to tennis courts. There’s also a nice large pond (or small lake) which many homes have nice private water views. The charter club allows up to 1 medium sized pet per home. There are also vehicle restrictions for trucks and commercial vehicles that don’t fit into garages.
The HOA fee is currently $228 per month and covers the common areas, landscaping and lawn service, basic cable tv, pest control and trash service.
A wonderful and safe community neighborhood that’s close to ‘A’ rated schools. The Charter Club at Martin Downs is a great place to call home.
