There are currently 7 condos on the market in the three Atlantis condo buildings..  List prices range from $189,000 to $344,900 for an average list price of $257,800 which equates to $223.56 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 2 Atlantis condos that are under contract that haven’t sold to date.  List prices are $229,900 and $299,000 for an average of $264,450 or a per sq. ft. price of $240.31.  These two condos went under contract in an average of 107 days.

Atlantis Condos on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL (Saint Lucie County) consists of three buildings.  Atlantis ‘A’, Atlantis ‘B’ and Atlantis ‘III’.   Buildings A and B were constructed in 1978 and consist of 68 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos with 1,053 sq. ft. of living space on 7 stories.  End units are slightly bigger with wrap around balconies and 1113 sq. ft. of living space.  Building III was built in 1982, also with the same number of condos but is slightly larger with 1,151 sq. ft. interior units and 1,258 sq. ft. on the ends.

There is ample outdoor parking for all residents as well as two tennis courts and a vehicle wash area.

There are two available condos in the Jensen Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in the MLS at this time. The list prices are $149,999 and $157,000 for an average list price of  $153,500 which equates to $140.83 per sq. ft. of living area.

The Jensen beach Club complex was built between 1986 and 1987 and has a community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. These are three story buildings with the most desirable condos being end units with lake views.

There are two designated parking spots for each unit and ample guest parking as well. Here’s the latest update for the River Marina Community of Stuart FL:

River Marina Homes and Townhomes in Stuart FL

For June of 2016, there are 12 active listings  (3 homes and 9 townhouses) on the market in River Marina at prices of $169,900 to $384,000 for an average listing price of $249,822 which equals $137.38 per square ft. of living area.  As of June 16, 2016, these homes and townhouses have averaged 98 days on the market.

There are 4 homes under contract awaiting settlement (all are townhouses) with list prices from $218,690 to $224,390 for an average list price of $222,165 which equals $139.75 per sq. ft. of living area.  These townhouses averaged 62 days on the market before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 35 homes have sold (5 homes and 30 townhouses) with sales prices from $127,000 to $344,000 at an average sale price of $204,402 or per square foot of $121.52.  The average days on market was 62 days and sales were at 98% of list price.

As of June 2016, there are 7 active listings in Vista del Lago. The list prices range from $44,900 to $76,900 for an average list price of $70,143 which equates to $76.24 per sq. ft. of living area.  As of June 9 2016, these condos have been on the market for an average of 95 days.

There are currently 3 condos under contract which have not closed yet.  List prices were from $47,900 to $74,900 for an average list price of $57,233 which equals $72.83 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 36 days on market before going under contract.

23 condos have sold in the past 12 months. Sales prices were from $27,000 to $86,000 with the average sales price being $54,061. This equals $62.25 pr sq. ft. of living area. The average days on market was 63 and these condos sold on average at 93% of list price.

For June 2016 there are three condos available for sale in Sea Winds in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island.  List prices range from a low of $229,900 to a high of $309,000 for an average list price of $269,300 which equals $194.34 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos have been on the market for an average of 86 days.

There is only 1 condo under contract.  This condo was listed for $310,000 or $225.95 per sq. ft. of living area and was on the market for 163 days before going under contract.
