In the past 12 months, 10 Atlantis condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from a low of $315,000 up to a high of $577,000.  Making for an average sales price of $444,480 or $400.72 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos were on the market for an average of 53 days before going under contract.
