There is currently two condos for sale in Claridge by the Sea.  List prices are $1,050,000 and $1,140,000.  This is an average list price of $1,095,000 which is $356.80 per sq. ft. of living area.

This report includes all Miramar Buildings on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach Miramar, Miramar II, and Miramar Royale.

There are 4 Miramar condos on the market on Hutchinson Island. List prices range from $409,000 up to $525,000. This is an average list price of $472,000 which works out to $292.77 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 2 condos currently under contract. List prices were $469,000 and $550,000. This is an average list price of $509,500 which is $343.39 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos were on the market for an average of 92 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 5 Miramar Condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from a low of $275,000 up to $499,900. This works out to an average sales price of $379,960 or $283.13 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold for an average of 97% of list price and went under contract 134 days on average from the list date.

The Miramar Condo building is located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consists of one oceanfront 11 story building completed in 1981 and contains 62 condos. All the residences are 2 bedroom and 2 baths with units either having 1,264 or 1,154 sq. ft. of living area. The larger units are the corner condos.

The Miramar Royale and Miramar II Condo buildings are located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consist of two oceanfront 20 story buildings. The Miramar II was completed in 1984 and the Miramar Royale was finished in 1990 and has the added benefit of 22 covered garages.

All the residences have 2 bathrooms and there are both 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos. Interior sizes range from 1,703 down to 1,411 sq. ft. of living area (under A.C.).

The Sand Dollar Shores condos in Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island (also known as Sand Dollar Villas) consist of 5 buildings which were completed in 1980.  Located approximately 5 miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway these Sand Dollar Shores condos offer some of the best private ocean access with few crowds and unspoiled beaches.

All condos are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with either 1,113 or 1,053 sq. ft. under roof plus additional balcony space. These Sand Dollar condos offer direct ocean access and have two pools, a clubhouse, fitness room, and tennis courts.

Rentals are allowed with a one-month minimum stay requirement and 1 large pet is permitted for owners.  As of January 2018, the condo fees were $412.00 a month.
