The Miramar Condo building is located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consists of one oceanfront 11 story building completed in 1981 and contains 62 condos. All the residences are 2 bedroom and 2 baths with units either having 1,264 or 1,154 sq. ft. of living area. The larger units are the corner condos.

The Miramar has an oceanfront pool as well as a large first-floor social area with a kitchen and bar and a fitness room. About The Miramar Royale & Miramar II Condos in Jensen Beach:

The Miramar Royale and Miramar II Condo buildings are located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consist of two oceanfront 20 story buildings. The Miramar II was completed in 1984 and the Miramar Royale was finished in 1990 and has the added benefit of 22 covered garages.

All the residences have 2 bathrooms and there are both 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos. Interior sizes range from 1,703 down to 1,411 sq. ft. of living area (under A.C.).

For December 2020, there is one condo available for sale in Resort Villas in the Indian River Plantation on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.  The list price is $480,000 which is $492.31 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is 1 condo under contract waiting to close.  The list price was $325,000 or $361.11 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo was on the market for 6 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 5 Resort Villas condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $325,000 up to $480,000.   This is an average sales price of $406,400 which works out to $501.47 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold for an average of 97% of list price and went under contract in an average of 65 days after being listed.
