Centrally located in Stuart off of Indian Street on Aster Lane lies the Indian Pines condominiums. This complex consists of 20 buildings in two ovals surrounding two lakes. This unique arrangement gives every condo in this complex water views.

Built from 1981 through 1986, Indian Pines are two-story buildings with mostly 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condos, though there are a few 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom units. The 3 bedroom condos have 1,542 sq. ft. of living area, 2 bedroom units vary from 1,251 to 1,019 sq. ft., while the 1 bedroom condos have 1,011 sq. ft.

There’s a heated pool, clubhouse, two tennis courts, ample parking, and some buildings offering covered carports.

The condo association fees vary as different buildings have different reserve setups and management and cover water and sewer, common areas, building insurance and maintenance, basic cable TV, landscaping and lawn service, trash pickup, and reserve funds.

All ages are welcome. Rentals are allowed in Indian Pines with some restrictions. And, this is one of the few condos in the area that allows up to 2 large pets per owner. Children who live in Indian Pines are zoned to attend J. D. Parker Elementary School, Dr. David L. Anderson Middle School, and Martin County High School.

Indian Pines is very conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. Only a few more minutes to either the beaches or boat ramps of Martin County or to I-95 for those needing to take a trip either north or south.

The Oceana North Condos are also known as Oceana Oceanfront and are located at 9900 and 9940 S Ocean Drive in Jensen Beach FL on Hutchinson Island in Saint Lucie County.

Oceana I was built in 1975 and is a 12-story building with 125 condos, while Oceana II was completed in 1980 with 16 stories and 160 units. Oceana II has two penthouse units with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a spacious 2,092 sq. ft. of living area. Also in building II, there are a few 2 bedroom 3 bath condos with 1,421 sq. ft. The remaining condos in both Oceana I and II are either 2 bedroom, 2 bath residences with 1,129 or 1,023 sq. ft. and some 1 bedroom, 2 bath condos with 899 sq. ft.

There are two pools and private beach access, along with BBQ grilling areas as well as gated entries and vehicle wash areas.

Both buildings share a large clubhouse with a fitness and game room, kitchen and bar, and a large social area. 1 small pet is allowed as well as rentals with a 3-month minimum lease restriction. There are four tennis courts directly across the street as well as 2 RV/Boat parking areas. Trucks are also allowed.

Condo fees cover Basic Cable TV, Common Areas, Elevator, Exterior Electric, Fire/Liability Insur, Grounds / Plants, Insurance-Bldg, Janitor, Laundry Facilities, Lawn Care, Manager, Parking, Pest Control, Pool Service, Recreational Facilities, Reserve Funds, Roof Maintenance, Security, Signs, Trash Removal, and Water.

There are two end units for each side of the building with larger square footage and wrap-around balconies with some magnificent views. These units have a spacious 1,414 or 1,397 sq. feet of living area enclosed plus the additional balcony space. The remaining four interior condos per floor feature 1,197 sq. ft. of living areas plus a balcony.

The residents of Sea Winds enjoy private beach access, a heated pool, and a clubhouse with a large common area and kitchen, as well as a tennis court, vehicle wash area, BBQ area, and additional storage. Residents are allowed two pets not exceeding 15 lbs. each. Rentals are also permitted with a minimum 3-month duration.

The condo association fees were $1,190 per quarter as of May 2019, making Sea Winds one of the most affordable on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach. Sea Winds units don’t come on the market often as this building is highly desirable.
