Martin County Townhouses and Condos 2021 4th Quarter Report

For Martin County townhouses and condos the sales volume declined in the 4th quarter of 2021 when compared to the same period last year. This is mostly due to the unprecedented low inventory of available homes and to a lesser extent the rapidly rising prices. For the near future, I don’t see the inventory rising by any significant amount. This should continue to depress real estate sales volume for a while.

The Martin County single-family home market had weaker sales volume when compared to the 4th quarter of 2020.   This is mostly due to the unprecedented low inventory of available homes and to a lesser extent the rapidly rising prices. For the near future, I don’t see the inventory rising by any significant amount. This should continue to depress real estate sales volume for a while.

For the 3rd quarter of 2021, the Saint Lucie Count townhouses and condo real estate market had weaker sales volume when compared to the 3rd quarter of 2020.   Prices were mixed with a higher average sales price and a slightly lower median price. Currently, our biggest issue is a very low inventory of available homes for sale. We are expecting this low inventory to affect future sales volume for the near future.
