There are currently 7 condos on the market in the three Atlantis condo buildings..  List prices range from $214,000 to $297,000 for an average list price of $250,000 which equates to $227.06 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 4 Atlantis condos that are under contract that haven’t sold to date.  List prices are $182,500 and $299,000 for an average of $227,375 or a per sq. ft. price of $207.14.  These 4 condos went under contract in an average of 160 days.

In the past 12 months, 13 condos have sold in Atlantis.  Sales prices ranged from $163,500 to $300,000 with an average sales price of $222,069 or $201.26 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold in an average of 119 days and at an average of 95% of list price.
