For December 2019, there are currently 19 homes available for sale in the Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club.  List prices range from $289,000 up to $518,000.  This is an average list price of $406,289 which equals $199.36 per square foot of living area.

7 homes are currently under contract.  List prices ranged from $224,000 up to $459,000.  This works out to an average list price of $329,271 or $170.51 per square foot of living area. These homes were on the market for an average of 75 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 49 homes have sold.  The sales prices ranged from $222,000 up to $505,000.  This works out to an average sales price of $341,667 which is $195.77 per square foot of living area.  These homes were on the market for an average of 97 days before going under contract and sold for an average of 96% of list price.
