There are 3 Montego Cove condos under contract at this time. The list prices ranged from $310,000 up to $329,000. This is an average list price of $318,000 which is $211.15 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos were on the market for an average of 38 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 13 Montego Cove condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $225,000 up to $375,000.  This equals an average sales price of $315,346 which is $203.93 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 40 days on the market before accepting the final offer. Located just west of US-1 (Federal Highway) off of Cove Rd, this attractive Condo community on over 50 acres with 30 residential buildings for a total of 182 units that are mostly 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom condos, and a few 3-bedroom condos, and one-bedroom condos.  Living areas range from 1,506 sq. ft. to 1,683 sq. ft. for the 2-bedroom condos and 1,722 sq. ft. for the 3-bedroom condos.  This complex opened in 1985 and the last section was completed in 1989.
