There are two homes under contract awaiting closing. The list prices are $284,900 and $327,000 which averages to a $305,950 list price and $149.05 per square foot of living area. These homes averaged 52 days on market before accepting these offers.

In the past 12 months, 19 homes have sold in Copperleaf with an average sales price of $425,231 at $140.32 per square foot of living area and at 96% list to sales price ratio. Copperleaf offers is a gated community with a manned gate by the beautiful entrance. There’s a clubhouse with exercise facilities, two tennis courts, a community pool and a playground for the little ones. As of this writing, the Home Owner’s Association fees are $233 per month. These fees cover Basic Cable TV, Manager, Recreational Facilities, Reserve Fund, Security and Trash pickup.

Amenities in the Island Club are a heated a pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, kitchen, social area, billiard room, library, bar, BBQ grills, gazebo, sauna and shuffleboard courts. All of this for just over $600 a month condo fees plus some for larger units and those that come with a one car garage.

Sorry, no pets are permitted in the Island Club, but rentals are allowed with some restrictions.

Legacy Cove in Stuart Florida is a gated lakeside community of 229 homes off of Cove Road in Stuart, Florida. Legacy Cove consists of two sections. There is ample outdoor parking for all residents as well as two tennis courts and a vehicle wash area.

The Atlantis condos are conveniently located just 1 and ½ miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and within an easy drive of shopping, restaurants and all the amenities offered on Florida’s Treasure Coast.
