There are 2 Atlantis condos that are under contract that haven’t sold to date. List prices are $229,900 and $299,000 for an average of $264,450 or a per sq. ft. price of $240.31. These two condos went under contract in an average of 107 days.

In the past 12 months, 10 condos have sold in Atlantis. Sales prices ranged from $125,000 to $265,000 with an average sales price of $207,440 or $188.75 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold in an average of 109 days and at an average of 96% of list price.

The Atlantis condos are conveniently located just 1 and ½ miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and within an easy drive of shopping, restaurants and all the amenities offered on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

There are 15 buildings with 188 total condos all of which are 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. These are all two story buildings. There are two different floor plans with 1,220 and 1,072 sq. ft., of living areas. Four of these buildings enjoy beautiful wide waterfront views of the Saint Lucie River. The River Club has a 50 slip marina that is run by a separate dock association. In order to own a slip in the River Club one must be a condo owner. Tenants and owners do have the opportunity to rent slips should they be available for lease.

All ages are welcome in the River Club but no pets are allowed. Rentals are allowed with some restrictions as to duration and length of unit ownership. No commercial vehicles or motorcycles are allowed, but pickup trucks with covers are permitted.

The River Club is a great choice for those looking for an affordable condo community with deep water docks and fishing as well as a full complement of amenities.

At the time this was written (June, 2016) HOA fees ranged from $480 per month to $510, depending on the building and the size of the condo. Rentals are permitted (with some restrictions) and pets (one small) are only permitted in one of the three buildings.

These spacious condos located in the heart of Stuart are close to downtown , shopping and the beaches and are highly sought after.
