This complex consists of two waterfront buildings of four stories on over 2 acres that were built in 1976. For May 2024, there are 3 condos available for sale in the Empress Condos of Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach Florida. The list prices range from $429,000 up to $749,900. This is an average list price of $592,933 or $418.13 per sq. ft. of living area.
