The Islandia Condos of Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island consist of two 20 story buildings that were built in 1982. There are 388 total residences in these two buildings which are called Islandia I and II. Very conveniently located to the north of the Jensen Beach Causeway, and is just a short drive away from downtown Jensen Beach, shopping and restaurants.

For November 2016, there are 12 homes available for sale in River Marina. 3 of these are single family homes and 9 are townhomes and range in price from $192,000 to $489,900 for an average price of $258,454 or $137.16 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 5 homes under contract (1 single family and 4 townhomes). List prices ranged from $180,000 to $309,900 for an average of $222,696 which equals $126.88 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes went under contract in an average of 36 days after going on the market.

In the past 12 months, 35 homes have sold in River Marina (5 single family and 30 townhomes). Sales prices ranged from $127,000 to $334,988. The average sales price was $211,938 which works out to $127.48 per sq. ft. of living area. These homes sold on average for 98% of listing price and were under contract in an average of 42 days on market.

River marina is a newer community consisting of 84 single family homes built from 2006 to 2008 ranging in size from 3 BR, 1600 sq. ft. homes to 5 BR homes with 3,380 sq. ft of living area. 14 of these homes are waterfront with Ocean access through the South Fork of the Saint Lucie River. The single family homes in River marina are in a gated enclave.

About the Admiral Condominium at Island Dunes

The Admiral Condominiums at Island Dunes on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL is a high rise building with 104 condos that was built in 1983. There are currently 7 condos on the market in the three Atlantis condo buildings.. List prices range from $189,000 to $344,900 for an average list price of $257,800 which equates to $223.56 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 2 Atlantis condos that are under contract that haven’t sold to date. List prices are $229,900 and $299,000 for an average of $264,450 or a per sq. ft. price of $240.31. These two condos went under contract in an average of 107 days.

In the past 12 months, 10 condos have sold in Atlantis. Sales prices ranged from $125,000 to $265,000 with an average sales price of $207,440 or $188.75 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos sold in an average of 109 days and at an average of 96% of list price.

Atlantis Condos on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL (Saint Lucie County) consists of three buildings. Atlantis ‘A’, Atlantis ‘B’ and Atlantis ‘III’. Buildings A and B were constructed in 1978 and consist of 68 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos with 1,053 sq. ft. of living space on 7 stories. Those on floors 3 to 7 enjoy excellent ocean and beach views, while the lower floors have partially blocked views because of the sand dunes. There is ample outdoor parking for all residents as well as two tennis courts and a vehicle wash area.

The Atlantis condos are conveniently located just 1 and ½ miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and within an easy drive of shopping, restaurants and all the amenities offered on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

The Jensen Beach Club is a complex consisting of 9 buildings surrounding a lake on Hutchinson Island on a pristine 21 acres. Lying directly across the street from the Ocean and the public beach at the end of the Jensen Beach Causeway. There are 196 condos which are all 1,090 sq. ft. of living area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private balconies or patios. There are two designated parking spots for each unit and ample guest parking as well. Jensen Beach Club residents enjoy the convenience of having ocean access just across the street and also being a short drive or bicycle ride to restaurants, shopping and the wonderful amenities of Jensen Beach and Martin County FL. All at a very affordable price.
