Atlantis Condos on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL (Saint Lucie County) consists of three buildings. Atlantis ‘A’, Atlantis ‘B’ and Atlantis ‘III’. Buildings A and B were constructed in 1978 and consist of 68 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos with 1,053 sq. ft. of living space on 7 stories. There is ample outdoor parking for all residents as well as two tennis courts and a vehicle wash area.

The Atlantis condos are conveniently located just 1 and ½ miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and within an easy drive of shopping, restaurants and all the amenities offered on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

About Fox Run in Palm City

Fox Run is a waterfront community on the Hidden River and just north of Murphy Road between Matheson Avenue and High Meadows Avenue. Only 57 homes in this community and they were built from 1979 through 2005. 11 homes are on the banks of the Hidden River with deep water ocean access docks. The remaining homes have exclusive access to a boat ramp as well as a large lot to store trailers and RV’s.

March 2017 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:

There are currently 4 active listings (2 river side and 2 ocean side). List prices are from $319,900 up to $385,000 for an average of $344,950 which equals $270.32 per sq. ft. of living area.
