In November of 2016 there were 4 condos for sale in the Riverbend community of Indian River Plantation. List prices range from $365,000 up to $439,900 for an average list price of $395,975 or $248.94 per sq. ft. of living area.
There is one condo under contract which was listed at $450,000 or $329.43 per sq. ft. of living area. This condo went under contract 7 days after it was listed.
In the past 12 months, 8 condos have sold. Sales prices ranged from $240,000 up to $495,000 for an average sales price of $386,688 which equals $237.27 per sq. ft. These units sold for an average of 94% of list price and averaged 75 days on market prior to going under contract.
Riverbend in Indian River Plantation
The Riverbend condos of Hutchinson Island in the Indian River Plantation complex of Stuart consist of five three story elevator buildings close to the Marriott Resort and full service marina in Indian River Plantation.
