The Jensen Beach Golf and Country Club is attractively situated only 2 miles from the Indian River (the Intracoastal Water Way) and quaint downtown Jensen Beach, only across the causeway to the public beach of Jensen beach for those wishing to take advantage of the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean.  Less than a mile to the west is the Treasure Coast Mall and the shopping and restaurant corridor of US-1.

As of December 2025, 20 Vista del Lago condos are for sale in Stuart FL.  The list prices range from $110,000 up to $219,900. This is an average list price of $141,740 which equals $158.87 per sq. ft. of living area.

Two Vista del Lago condos are currently under contract. The list prices ranged from $112,000 up to $159,900. This equals an average list price of $135,950 which is $153.81 per sq. ft. of living space. These condos were on the market for an average of 21 days before going under contract.

Vista del Lago condos were first built in 1974 and the last one was completed in 1979.   All the buildings are two stories and contain both 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and 1 Bedroom 1 Bath units.  Sizes range from 1,014 sq. ft. of living space down to 631 sq. ft. 1-bedroom units.  Many of these condos have attractive water views as well as some with golf course views of the Pine Lakes Golf Club.

There’s an active clubhouse with a large swimming pool as well as shuffleboard courts.  No pets are permitted in Vista del Lago and this is an age-restricted (55+) community.  The HOA fees range from the low $ 200s for a 1-bedroom unit to just under $300 per month for 2-bedroom condos.

For March 2025, there are nine condos for sale in the Banyan House condo community of Stuart FL.  The list prices range from $250,000 to $335,000. This works out to an average list price of $272,222 which equals $199.43 per sq. ft. of living area. 

There are two Banyan House condos currently under contract, listed at $227,000 and $239,000 or an average of $233,000 ($170.07 per sq. ft. of living space). These units were on market and average of six days before going under contract.

Only two Pines and Windemere homes are currently under contract and awaiting settlement.  The list prices range from $539,900 to $655,000 or an average $349.51 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes were on the market for an average of 22 days before going under contract.

In the past 12 months, four Pines and Windemere homes have sold.  Sales prices ranged from a low of $464,000 up to a high of $710,000. This equals an average sales price of $607,250 which equals $316.93 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes were on the market for an average of 29 days before going under contract.
