The Resort Villas of Indian River Plantation consists of two four-story oceanfront elevator buildings that were built in 1977.  Each building consists of 40 condos with both 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and 1 bedroom 1 bath.  Sizes range from 975 sq. ft. for the 2-bedroom condos to 650 sq. ft. for the 1-bedroom.  The buildings are called the Spoonbill and the Pelican.

The Resort villas condos are very desirable because of the liberal rental rules allowing weekly rentals, making these condos an excellent investment opportunity, with many unit owners renting these for a few months during the high season to pay expenses and having the remainder of the year for their own use.

The management and condo fees are $455.00 per month.  There is limited under-building parking for some owners and reserved parking spaces for all.  A heated beachside pool is also available for the exclusive use of the Resort Villas residents. This is a pet-friendly building allowing for up to two large dogs.

There are 2 condos available for sale in the Dune Walk complex for June 2024 on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach Florida. The list prices are $465,000 and $475,000. This is an average list price of $470,000 or $463.77 per sq. ft. of living area.
