As of December 2023, there is 1 condo on the market in the Admiralty. The list price is $1,050,000 which is $390.33 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is also 1 Admiralty condo currently under contract. The list price was $1,299,000 or $438.56 per sq. ft. of living area. This condo was on the market for 41 days before going under contract.
