Riverwood Condos Real Estate Market Report July 2023

There are no condos currently for sale in the Riverwood Condos of Indian River Plantation.

There are also no Riverwood condos currently under contract.

In the past 12 months, 3 condos have sold in Riverwood.  Sales prices ranged from $600,000 up to $675,000.  This is an average sales price of $635,000 which equals $418.99 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos were on the market for an average of 36 days before going under contract. And, they sold for an average of 97% of the list price.

The Pinecrest Lakes community of Jensen Beach FL was first developed in the late ’70s and early ’80s during a time when the Martin County Commissioners were notoriously stringent and restrictive about new developments in the area.
