For January 2023, there are 2 condos for sale in Oceana (I and II aka Oceana Oceanfront) in Jensen Beach FL on Hutchinson Island. The list prices are $479,900 and $569,000. This is an average list price of $524,450 which is $512.66 per sq. ft. of living space.

Oceana I was built in 1975 and is a 12 story building with 125 condos, while Oceana II was completed in 1980 with 16 stories and 160 units.
