Built from 1981 through 1986, Indian Pines are two-story buildings with mostly 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condos, though there are a few 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom units as well.  The 3 bedroom condos have 1,542 sq. ft. of living area, 2 bedroom units vary from 1,251 down to 1,019 sq. ft., while the 1 bedroom condos have 1,011 sq. ft.

There’s a heated pool, clubhouse, and two tennis courts as well as ample parking with some buildings offering covered carports.

For December 2017 there are 10 active listings in the Ballantrae community in the Sandpiper section of Port St Lucie, FL.  List prices range from $212,500 up to $1,675,000 for an average list price of $545,510 which equals $202.60 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 6 homes under contract which have not closed to date.  List prices were from $209,000 to $479,900 which averages to $346,950 or $153.45 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 64 days on market before going under contract.
