Some units have a detached one-car garage. However, there is reserved parking and ample guest parking for all.

Amenities in the Island Club are a heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, kitchen, social area, billiard room, library, bar, BBQ grills, gazebo, sauna, and shuffleboard courts.

Sorry, no pets are permitted in the Island Club, but rentals are allowed with some restrictions.
