Amenities in the Island Club are a heated a pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, kitchen, social area, billiard room, library, bar, BBQ grills, gazebo, sauna and shuffleboard courts. All of this for just over $600 a month condo fees plus some for larger units and those that come with a one car garage.

Sorry, no pets are permitted in the Island Club, but rentals are allowed with some restrictions.

Homes sizes in the Falls range from 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes of 2,236 sq. ft. of living area up to 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom homes with just under 4,500 sq. ft. under AC. The majority of the homes in the falls have 3 car garages. Homes range from single story ranch style designs to two story homes and many have private pools.

Since this is a newer community, all homes meet the latest building codes for hurricane and wind protection and most homes also feature updated kitchen with granite countertops.

The HOA fee (as of October 2017) is $232 per month and includes your landscape and lawn service, basic cable TV as well as security and the common areas. There is no community pool or clubhouse in the Falls.

Those on floors 3 to 7 enjoy excellent ocean and beach views, while the lower floors have partially blocked views because of the sand dunes. There is ample outdoor parking for all residents as well as two tennis courts and a vehicle wash area.

The Atlantis condos are conveniently located just 1 and ½ miles north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and within an easy drive of shopping, restaurants and all the amenities offered on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Moon River lies on the east side of the Jensen Beach Causeway in Martin County Florida. It’s only a short walk or bike ride to the public beach on the Atlantic Ocean. It’s also close to shopping, restaurants and the remaining wonderful amenities that Martin County has to offer.

The River Club of Martin County is a waterfront condo community that was built between the years of 1978 and 1980. There are 15 buildings with 188 total condos all of which are 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. These are all two story buildings. There are two different floor plans with 1,220 and 1,072 sq. ft., of living areas. Four of these buildings enjoy beautiful wide waterfront views of the Saint Lucie River. The River Club has a 50 slip marina that is run by a separate dock association. In order to own a slip in the River Club one must be a condo owner. Tenants and owners do have the opportunity to rent slips should they be available for lease.

Great amenities include a clubhouse with game room and kitchen facilities, a community pool, fitness room, shuffleboard courts, workshop, and cable TV and internet access (including wi-fi) included in the condo fees. The condo fees as of May 2017 are $326 a month.

All ages are welcome in the River Club but no pets are allowed. Rentals are allowed with some restrictions as to duration and length of unit ownership. No commercial vehicles or motorcycles are allowed, but pickup trucks with covers are permitted.

The River Club is a great choice for those looking for an affordable condo community with deep water docks and fishing as well as a full complement of amenities.
