About The Reef in Rocky Point:

There are 30 homes in this community which is adjacent to the Windmill Village community and shares the Aqua Ra Road which accesses both subdivisions from A-1-A.

Most of these homes are waterfront with access to the Intracoastal Waterway, but suitable mostly for shallower draft vessels and the unusual stipulation that they access the river without the use of gas motors, so only human or electric power for that initial stretch of water.

River Watch residents also have easy access to the beautiful beaches on Hutchinson Island by simply walking across the street to their private beach or a short ride to many of the public access beaches available in both Saint Lucie and Martin County beaches.

This is a non-gated community with a very reasonable $220 a month HOA fee which includes your landscaping as well as basic cable TV (as of June 2017).

This excellent location makes it easy to go grocery shopping, boating, spend days on the beach, restaurants and to enjoy all the wonderful amenities offered on the Treasure Coast of Florida.

Bayview has a private heated pool and spa overlooking a lake as well as lovely manicured grounds for picnics or just a stroll by the water. There’s also covered parking for all residents.

Unit owners have the option of joining the Marriott Beach Club which allows access to an 18 hole golf course, another community pool and fitness center, professional tennis club and courts as well as access to a private beach resort on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Association fees were in the neighborhood of $380 to $400 per month as of March 2017. Fees include use of all Bayview facilities as well as exterior maintenance and upkeep and insurance. Water, Sewer and basic cable TV service is also included.
