A private community in northern Palm City just off Murphy Road with a number of waterfront homes on Bessey Creek. There are just 30 homes in this community.  This is not gated and has no HOA fees nor any amenities of a homeowners’ association.

The first home recorded in Hidden Bay was built in 1978 with the last one completed in 2013. There appears to be one remaining vacant lot which is not currently (March 2016) for sale.
