Three condos are currently on the market in the Ocean View Condominiums on Hutchinson Island in Stuart FL.  List prices range from $275,000 up to $350,000 for an average list price of $323,333 or $241.93 per sq. ft. of living area.

There is one condo currently under contract in Ocean View.  It was listed for $325,000 which is $237.23 per sq. ft. of living area.  This condo was on the market for only 15 days prior to going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 2 condos have sold in Ocean View.  Sales prices were $287,500 and $320,000 for an average sales price of $303,750 which works out to $211.68 per sq. ft.  These condos sold for an average of 97% of list price and were on the market an average of 14 days prior to having an accepted offer.
