There is one home currently under contract (pending sale).  This home was listed for $379,900 which is $147.99 per sq. ft. of living area.  It went under contract 6 days after it was listed.

There have been 6 homes sold in the past 12 months in Hunters Creek.  Sales prices were from $220,000 to $365,000 for an average sale price of $320,000 which equals $141.73 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes sold on average of 94% of the last listed price and were under contract on an average o30 days after being listed.
