Beacon 21 in Jensen Beach is a low-rise condominium development in Jensen Beach FL located just north of the Saint Lucie River and off of NE Dixie Highway (State Road 707).  This complex contains numerous types of condo buildings that were first built in 1973 and the last phase was completed in 1993.

Some sections in Beacon 21 are age-restricted to 55 and over while others are open to all ages.  There are just over 270 individual condos with most of them being two bedrooms and all but a few having 2 bathrooms as well.  These condos come in sizes ranging from 826 sq. ft. of interior living area up to 1,440.

Most of Beacon 21’s sections are pet-friendly allowing for one medium-sized pet with some areas allowing up to 2.  Rentals are also permitted with some restrictions.

The River Club of Martin County is a waterfront condo community that was built between the years of 1978 and 1980.  There are 15 buildings with 188 total condos all of which are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  These are all two-story buildings.  There are two different floor plans with 1,220 and 1,072 sq. ft., of living areas.  Four of these buildings enjoy beautiful wide waterfront views of the Saint Lucie River.  This attractive community has a 50-slip marina that is run by a separate dock association.  To own a slip in the River Club, one must be a condo owner.  Tenants and owners do have the opportunity to rent slips should they be available for lease.

Owners enjoy excellent amenities including a clubhouse with game room and kitchen facilities, a community pool, fitness room, shuffleboard courts, workshop, and cable TV and internet access (including Wi-Fi) included in the condo fees.  The condo fees as of May 2019 are $326 a month.

All ages are welcome in the River Club but no pets are allowed.  And, rentals are allowed with some restrictions as to duration and length of unit ownership.  Additionally, no commercial vehicles or motorcycles are allowed, but pickup trucks with covers are permitted.

The Miramar Condo building is located north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and consists of one oceanfront 11-story building completed in 1981 and contains 62 condos. All the residences are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with units either having 1,264 or 1,154 sq. ft. of living area. The larger units are the corner condos.
