For late August 2017 there are 38 properties for sale in Mariner Sands.  These 38 properties include a mix of condos and homes.  The list prices range from $144,900 up to $599,000 for an average list price of $341,821 which works out to $139.51 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 10 homes under contract (pending) which have not completed the sales process to date.  List prices were from $225,000 up to $675,000 for an average of $$403,560 or $159.07 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 119 days on market prior to going under contract.

In the past 12 months, 42 homes and condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $128,000 up to $600,000 for an average sales price of $372,121 which equals $141.60 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 111 days on the market before going under contract and sold on average at 92% of the last listed price.

There are currently 6 active listings for sale in Danforth.  The list prices for these Danforth homes are from $384,400 up to $650,000 for an average list price of $470,717 or $180.54 per sq. ft. of living area.

6 homes are currently under contract.  The list prices of these pending sales range from $419,000 up to $495,000 with the average being $438,500 which equates to an average price per sq. ft. of living area of $163.61.  These 6 homes averaged 73 day on the market before going under contract.
