There are currently 4 active listings (2 river side and 2 ocean side).  List prices are from $319,900 up to $385,000 for an average of $344,950 which equals $270.32 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are 3 pending Sandpebble condo sales. All of them on the river side.  List prices ranged from $265,000 up to $299,000 which averages out to $279,633 or $255.22 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos averaged 150 days on the market before going under contract.

February 2017 Market Update:

There are 12 condos currently for sale in the Kingswood condo community of Stuart FL.  Listing prices are from$68,000 to $199,900 for an average list price of $110,346 which equals $91.69 per sq. ft. of living area.

There are currently 3 condos under contract with list prices from $65,000 up to $129,500 for an average list price for these pending sales of $99,900 or $85.88 per sq. ft. of living area.  These two condos averaged 38 days on the market before going under contract.

26 condos have sold in the past 12 months.  Ranging in sales price from $52,000 up  to $115,000.  The average sales price was $81,519 which works out to $74.61 per sq. ft. of living area.  These condos sold on average of 78 days on market before going under contract and with sales prices at 94% of list price.
