These sales averaged 96% of the average list price and were on the market for an average of 21 days before going under contract.
About the Sunset Cove Condos
Sunset Cove is a beautiful condo complex north of the Roosevelt Bridge in Stuart FL and just south of the North River Shores area of Stuart. This four-story elevator equipped condo building lies on the east side of the north fork of the Saint Lucie River with magnificent wide water views from all 32 condos.
This building was built in 1981 and has deep water dockage with easy ocean access as well as a pool, Jacuzzi and clubhouse. Residents enjoy reserved covered parking spaces as well as ample guest parking. Great location with just a short hop across the bridge to enjoy all the amenities of historic downtown Stuart. Also, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the Treasure Coast Mall.
These are spacious 2 bedroom condos with either 1,570 sq. ft. or 1,690 sq. ft. of living space along with wide open balconies to enjoy (as the name implies) scenic sunsets over the wide river.
Sunset Cove has no age restrictions and also welcomes up to 1 small pet. Rentals are also permitted with some restrictions. The current condo association fees are $525 per month (April 2018) and include building maintenance and insurance as well as common areas, exterior pest control, trash pickup, etc. Those utilizing the docks have an additional charge of $1.75 per linear foot of their boats.
