There are currently 307 active listings (Increased by 15 homes from January).
155 Residential sales are pending and awaiting close or lender approval (Increased by 11 homes from January).
65 Homes Sold in February (Increased by 7 homes from January)
The Stuart Florida Residential Market for ZIP Code 34997 showed improvement in all tracked metrics for this report. Of note are two months of increased inventory which is good news for the market.
