September 2017 Market Update for the Sandpebble Condo and Beach Club on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Florida:
There are currently no active listings in Sandpebble.
There are 2 pending Sandpebble condo sales. One on the riverside and one is oceanfront. List prices are $319,000 and $459,000 which averages to $389,000 or $310.15 per sq. ft. of living area. These condos averaged only 2 days on the market before going under contract.
In the past 12 months, 11 Sandpebble condos have sold. 7 on the riverside and 4 on the ocean side. Sales prices ranged from $255,000 to $428,500 for an average sales price of $317,355 which works equals $260.50 per sq. ft. These sales averaged 96% of list price and went under contract after an average of 98 days on market.
On the beautiful and unspoiled portion of South Hutchinson Island lies one of the best kept secrets in Martin County. Located on a pristine 37 acres that reach from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River (Intracoastal Waterway).
